Elite Academy offers pickleball training, clinics, tournaments, events, and related services, both in person and online. We also use third-party systems such as SwingVision, PBVision, and DUPR to enhance our programs.

Follow all posted rules, codes of conduct, and safety instructions.
Use our website and services for lawful purposes only.

Our services may integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for:

Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Fees for programs, events, and memberships must be paid in full at registration unless otherwise stated.
Refunds, if available, will follow our posted refund policy.
Court fees or other third-party charges are the participant’s responsibility unless specified.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in pickleball and related activities carries inherent risks, including injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Elite Academy, its staff, and partners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
We do not guarantee skill improvement or specific outcomes.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Academy, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
